As the RBC Rewards program heads through a transformation initiative, a redesign of the program itself, as well as the site, required a leading role that involved an understanding of the shift in business objectives, the effects on various bank partners, the adjustment in existing team roles, while guiding a digital team including research, UI, UX, content and design.
The previous site was researched and strategized keeping new goals and the competitor landscape in mind while staying focused on the expanded user’s journey and delivery which includes a completely responsive site and app integration.
This reinvention of the existing project was a multimillion-dollar undertaking requiring a clear and steady lens on many moving parts.
