BMW/Mini was having complications with the inconsistency between how different dealerships were creating and displaying their signage. While each dealership was responsible for targeting their own specific demographics, they lacked the brand strength synonymous with BMW/Mini.
After evaluating the challenge, the assets and the budget, the strategy we landed on was to create a CMS system where each dealer could build their signage and posters based on pre-approved photographs, copy and layout options.
The system was built for BMW initially, but was so greatly received and was such a success, that a replica system tailored for MINI was created shortly after.
