As TD Wealth Management aimed to improve the technology of their platform and increase their offerings, they knew that it was also an opportune time to give their site a facelift and move forward with integrating the system into the, already popular, mobile app.
With an extensive background in financial institutions paired with a keen eye for innovation in technology, I was recruited to work with the TD Wealth Management team to bring their complex investment user interface to a higher level on desktop, and gain an edge on the competition by making the interface mobile app-friendly.
While bringing new life into the existing interface, we also reevaluated the user’s needs and how to better deliver on them. These changes were a game-shifting move for TD Wealth Management and greatly increased their enrolment and engagement from their users.
