Creative Passion was founded in 2004 by Caryl D’Souza. Having worked at some of the top agen­cies in Canada as well as some of the best bou­tiques in Toronto, Caryl brings a breadth of expe­ri­ence from var­i­ous spec­trums to bring you the best of all worlds as an inde­pen­dent consultant/contractor through Creative Passion.

So, what does this mean to you?

If you are an agency, it means that you get a fresh per­son on your team that has years of expe­ri­ence work­ing with IAs, Developers, Copy Writers, Illustrators, Animators, Account and Project Managers, all lev­els of design­ers and, of course, work­ing under or in col­lab­o­ra­tion with your head-honcho (aka Creative Director). Client pre­sen­ta­tions are a per­sonal forté. Clients feel very com­fort­able ask­ing ques­tions, giv­ing feed­back and col­lab­o­rat­ing on both a cre­ative, tech­ni­cal and busi­ness level, and in return are pro­vided with knowl­edge­able solu­tions to any of their concerns.

A mem­ber of the Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario hold­ing an Honours Bachelor of Design and a Professional Certificate in Digital Design. A pas­sion­ate Creative Strategist with a strong under­stand­ing of both the impor­tance of unbeat­able cre­ative and busi­ness advan­tages in any inter­ac­tive expe­ri­ence. Highly con­cep­tual and ver­sa­tile hav­ing worked in brand­ing, motion design and inter­ac­tive design — com­bin­ing all expe­ri­ences to work with a team that pushes inspi­ra­tion, col­lab­o­ra­tion and cre­ativ­ity.
